Mark Beverton Furniture, designer and maker of very high quality bespoke furniture based in Surrey U.K. Many commissions are for completely unique pieces as well as making everyday furniture items like kitchens, bookcases etc. and small ornamental pieces such as ‘The Heart box’ which is a beautifully crafted artefact and makes an excellent gift especially for weddings where the lid can be carved with personal details such as names and dates.

The ‘Segment and Tangent’ range are tour de force of design and craftsmanship a stunning product from any angle.

The materials used in the handmade furniture are amongst the finest available such as hand picked Oak, Maple, Cherry and Cedar and complimented by more exotic woods with their appealing colours and fragrances.

A strong emphasis is placed on the furniture design as well as the furniture making, which is all built to the highest standard using traditional and some modern techniques.

Projects vary from small pieces to very large commissions, for the past couple of years I have been extensively designing and making furniture for a very grand house in the Sussex down’s, including a kitchen, office and bedroom furniture, various bookcase’s including a mammoth bookcase unit almost five metres long built in solid Oak.

This is an ongoing project, which has led to further commissions for more bespoke and handmade furniture pieces in Gibraltar.

My client base ranges across the U.K. especially Surrey, Sussex and London. I have made furniture for Europe and North America.

Certain projects are required that I work alongside architect’s or interior designer’s to produce stunning individual furniture to compliment the most lavish interior space either a country home or state of the art apartment.

Each item of furniture is hand built to the highest standard in the time honoured way, many hundred’s of hours can go into producing a beautiful piece that is built to last, akin to a work of art, will improve with age.
